MR1100-1A1NAS AT commands for CA on Bands 12 and 66?

Hi,
With a great learning curve I used putty to keep the subject router on Band 66 as this yields the best download speeds in my situation with an external antenna pointed in what I believe to be the best possible direction using Network Cell Info Lite.
I can't find the correct information on the internet anywhere to aggregate bands 12 and 66. What I am finding a bit more difficult is that band 66 requires an extra 0 in the string or it will simply go to band 2 which I definitely don't want. I am ok with just band 66 but I would like to aggregate with Band 12 as well since the signal is strongest but the download speeds are terrible.
I have been able to band lock to 66 with the below string but have not been able to figure it out for the combination thereof. I tried NV calculator but I am having a difficult time understanding how to even use it.
Successful string for band 66 lock:
AT!BAND=03,"LTE B66",0,0,2
This is what I tried for band 66 and 12 CA:
AT!BAND=05,"AGG1264"00000000000000800,0,0,2
IT did say ok upon entry but noticed no CA. Is this right or am I off somewhere?
Is CA always better if other bands aren't working so great in my situation?
Thanks!
