How to find EARFCN and PCID for cell lock?

Hello,
In Denmark www.mastedatabasen.dk holds GPS coordinates, street addresses and frequency of cell towers, but it does not include PCID and EARFCN numbers for the cells.
How do I best capture this information using an Android or iOS phone?
