NEXQ6GO with Em12g connection issues

I have two sets of NEXQ6GO routers with EM12G modems. The first one is working great on the T-Mobile business tablet plan. Since that one was working so well, I purchased a second one and am having problems with it. It is set up the same way as the first one. Often it will show that it is connected to a tower but I do not have internet connectivity through the router. If I have it do a speed test through via the built in ROOTER speed test, it most of the time will run the test. Doing a speed test with the built in OpenSpeedTest will fail. Also, there is no internet connectivity through the router. Network status shows that it is connected. I have ROOTER set up to do custom ping tests and that works per the system log. I have reset the router numerous times and reflashed the firmware on the router three times.
