Question regarding SierraKeygen

Hi guys,
I'm gonna to flash/unlock an EM7565-9 module and would like to ask about SierraKeygen.
Is anyone get the worked version? It seems the current git version doesn't work anymore. I've tried in both Ubuntu, Windows, as well as the LiveCD but couldn't run sierrakeygen command properly.
Can you guys share the worked file?
Besides, my EM7565 module is used the very old firmware version: 00.06.05.00. It belongs to Lenovo. I've tried to flash to 01.05.01.00 (https://github.com/danielewood/sierra-w ... QMI-SDK.md) but always failed. The command shows successful message but when I check again through AT command, there was no fw upgrade to 01.05.01.00, except the Carrier PRI section.
So because the module belongs to Lenovo and it's locked to BIOS so I can't flash it? The only way to unlock it first?
