AT+CGDCONT Changes After Few Days

I followed installation instructions very carefully and I'm having no issue with my setup other than what's below.
EM7565 with NEXR5GO. Visible carrier.
Things go great for a few days and then suddenly the internet drops. First time I couldn't figure it out. Rechecked everything and discovered either +CGDCONT 1, 2, 3 or 4 will change from vsblinternet back to verizon. I changed it back and restart the router and 100% good to go again.
However few days go by and again, the +CGDCONT will change. Its random. Again, 1, 2, 3 or 4. Change it back to vsblinternet and good to go.
This is now the 5th or 6th time I've had to do this. Any suggestions?

Which firmware image are you using on the modem?
The PRI profile (Generic, ATT, Tmobile, Verizon, etc) will determine which APNS to use in spots 2, 3, 4, 16 etc. On ly #1 is set via the router firmware.

Not sure why it would change, but it may be detecting some kind of change in the network. The Generic PRI has a base set of APNs that it will use for different slots.
Have you manually set the APNs for all of those slots? You may try to manually set them one at a time and see if it happens again. If you blank them out (AT+CGDCONT=16) it may still write it in, but if you set it to something (AT+CGDCONT=16,"IP","somethinghere") then if may not overwrite it.
With Visible I would just write # 1 and # 3 at vsblinternet and leave #2 to whatever it is already set to, though you can set it to vsblinternet as well.

So it happened again. I typed, "AT+CGDCONT?" and this was the result:

"4" has now changed back to "vzwadmin" and my internet has been severed.
Normally like I said in my previous posts, I would type, "+CGDCONT: 4,"IPV4V6","vsblinternet","0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0",0,0,0,0" and be done with it. So what should I do from here? Please be gentle with all the lingo, I'm not that experienced.

You may try updating to a new generic firmware. Yours is pretty old. Then do a factory reset on the modem.
Did you ever match the imei of the modem to the phone on the visibile plan? More and more people are claiming this is needed now.

I thought I updated to the latest firmware. I followed the steps. Surprised if this is the case. Do you have the link to the most recent firmware? I guess the one I went to wasn't up to date.
Also, I don't recall matching the IMEI. Would you be able to link me a guide or if you know? Thank you for your patience.

for IMEI we can't help here but you can google "bkerler SierraKeyGen"
