Wireless Joint

Newbie here,

So I have an Airmaster 4000D and about 2weeks ago it stopped working and I got a new T-Mobile SIM card. All my lights light up Exempt the RF signal blinks. I tried changing the VPN with the Iv4 but my sun card itself doesn’t have a DL within range (26780). If anyone can tell me what to do that’d be great OR give me another option. Mobile citizen sent me a Franklin T10 and it does not work- so I don’t know what to get to make it happen! Thank you in advance

New Tmobile SIMs from Calyx etc are kind of registered to want to see the IMEI of the Franklin.

Gotta find a way to get the Airmaster to change its imei. Never messed with the Airmaster myself.
