WG3526 Wifix RM502Q-AE w/Verizon

Hi all,
I'm on my wits end here, I have two other WG3526+EM765 combos working well with ATT and T-Mobile and have been trying to get a stable Verizon setup so that I have backup options when I start travelling the states.
Previously was using a Gl-inet with EPO6 and EC25 modems and the speeds *seemed* to be limited to the hardware (Visible and Page Plus unthrottled) so I upgraded to a WG3526 and a RM502Q-AE. I've been futzing with the new setup over the last two days and managed to get connectivity to Page Plus last night. With the prior hardware I was able to get around 15Mbps but this new setup is getting a consistently great ping but low speed of 0.12Mbps up and down. Horrible. To get connectivity the following commands were needed:
I've searched the forums and found many other tweaks such as TTL, dss, MBIM/QMI, mode_pref, 4g only mode, etc. Tried them all and still getting a consistently slow speed of around 0.12Mbps. The antennas should be fine, I tried a couple different models and had them connected to all 4 ports of the modem and the wifi is taped off in the router and disabled in the firmware.
I'd really appreciate any suggestions anyone can provide. Perhaps I should just give up on Verizon but it would be nice to have it as a backup when I start travelling.
Thanks for any help you all can provide!
