Cudy LT500 wont connect to Visible

Tried all settings found here, and the TTL setting from Cudy, still wont connect to my activated Sim, I'm thinking Visible blacklisted non cell use

Did you first activate your visible SIM in a phone before inserting into your router? That was an early key for me in getting it up and running.

Use older firmware.

10.4 works.
