Network Dropping for Video Conferencing

Hey,
Having a weird issues the last few weeks. When I'm on a MS Teams call and people are sharing their video, occasionally i completely lose connection on my Telit 960 modem, and have to physically unplug the router (WG3526) to get it to reconnect. It doesn't always do it, but I would say it does the majority of the time.
I'm on Verizon network, but haven't seen this issue with other routers/modems so just curious.
