WE826-T2 & EC25-AF

I’m a newbie and hope I haven’t messed up. I just bought this off eBay.

I bought it because of the EC25-AF modem. I plan to use it with ATT &/or Verizon/Visible. Does anyone foresee any problems with this combination? Shouldn’t i be able to flash it with Goldenorb or Wifix pretty easily? Will I need to update the firmware in the modem? I’d appreciate feedback. Thanks
