WG3526 stopped responding

I've been using this wg3526 without issues for about 6 months. However, in the last few weeks, the WiFi would go away; it would come back with a power-cycle.

Now, after a power-cycle, the red SYS light comes on, and the 3G/4G light, but that is all. The ethernet ports never light up.
My bench power supply reports the same consumption as normal.

I tried resetting the modem, with the instructions here.
The ethernet ports never become active, however, so I can't go to 192.168.1.1.

To troubleshoot, I took out the modem (EM7411) and adapter. As expected, this didn't change the behavior.

Is there anything else I can try?

Did you try reflashing the firmware?
