Dual SIM Router Options

Hello,
I'm interested in having some level of redundancy for LTE with two SIMs which can be manual failover but I'm having trouble finding a router that suits the bill.
I plan to mount the router externally in an enclosure mostly because the other options seem to add more complexity than necessary and it's just one less thing to try to fit somewhere in the van.
With that said it seems the only option for dual sim is a m2 to usb adapter which leaves my router choice of something like a WG3526 or WG1608 a bit hamfisted as they already have m2 slots.
Are there routers worth considering that don't have a m2 or pcie that are worth looking into that have 2G/5G?
Any options I'm missing?
