Hello,
Try looking into these commands see if it gives you what you are looking for.

AT+QENG="servingcell" < which is the equivalent of Sierra's AT!GSTATUS?
AT+QENG="neighbourcell" < which is the equivalent of Sierra's AT!LTEINFO

i dont see anything in here that appears to be SINR

+QENG: "servingcell","NOCONN","LTE","FDD",311,480,2A1DF24,113,2450,5,3,3,AC0B,-100,-13,-71,13,-

that said I have no idea what a few of those numbers relate to specifically the 2450,5,3,3 the rest I think I can kinda figure out

Looking up that command it doesnt appear to contain SINR

From the pdf
In the case of LTE mode:
+QENG: "servingcell",<state>,"LTE",<is_tdd>,<mcc>,<mnc>,<celli d>,<pcid>,<earfcn>,<freq_band_ind>,<ul_bandwidth>,<dl
