MC7455 PDP Context in Mofi 4500

I have a Mofi 4500 Sim 4 (MC7455) connected to T-Mobile. This works well but I am having some difficulty with the PDP Context that is added by the Mofi. When I check the status of the modem I see this for the PDP Context

I have a EM7455 cellular modem in a separate machine. When I use the same command on that machine I get this:

1:[+CGDCONT: 2,"IPV4V6","fast.t-mobile.com","0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0",0,0,0,0]
2:[OK]
The MC7455 in the Mofi is connected to band 41 just like the one in the other machine however the Mofi modem is only seeing around 4Mbps download whereas the other computer is seeing +60Mbps. As I investigated this further I discovered that the first PDP context "IP" on the Mofi is what is causing this difference. When I add that PDP context to the other computer I see the same much slower speeds.
I removed the MC7455 from the Mofi and connected it a laptop via USB adapter. I changed the PDP context to connect to the second one and the speed goes up to the same as the EM7455. This seems pretty clear that the "IP" PDP context is giving me much slower speeds.
I would like to remove or re-order the PDP context however the Mofi seems to overwrite them every time. Perhaps I am missing how to do this. Does anyone have any ideas on how to deal with this?
