LinkHub Alcatel HUB41 from claro problem cannot connected to internet

i have this modem hostspot wifi ALCATEL l i have 4 piece he don't want to connected to other network after unlocked it full signal bar but cannot connected to internet i put APN manually same problem any face this problem need help urgently
