Wireless Joint

so suddenly about a few weeks ago my router is just multiple times a day losing connection. a lot of times right when I'm in the middle of a game. it's so frustrating, it just pops up and says lan cable not connected. but I have the USB connection on connected to a phone. and I also have a SIM card in. there's two connections and why is it losing connection? another question can I bridge the two connections and if so how
