Wireless Joint

Hello all! I'm a newbie to the Mofi and the channel! I've activated Visible for my Mofi and it only held connectivity for a few hours while wireless never connected. Now, after multiple resets and countless forum readings, I am no closer to finding a solution. The SIM does work correctly in a phone. Is this a lost cause or do I need to just wipe clean and try another carrier? Thanks in advance!

Try setting your TTL to 64 and reboot.
Also make sure your APN is vsblinternet.

The TTL is set to 64 and the APN is correct.

Is there a setting in the mofi to activate ipv6? That needs to be on for it to work with Visible.

As gscheb stated: Needs IPV6 TTL, called HL for IPV6.

Also needs to have the modem in MBIM protocol mode.

I'm checking on that right now...I'll let you know.

I enabled the IPv6, but I can't find whatever the MBIM protocol mode. I did run an internet status check and I got a private IP and assigned IP, but still no internet access. There's got to be a better (and less time consuming) solution.

Have never honestly set up Visible on a Mofi before. Done it on other devices though.
With that being said this is the setting I seen someone else was using to get it to work highlighted in the picture.

I have that setting and I've tried for hours to make this work. I really hope it's the provider and not the unit. I'm going to try another provider and see if I have better luck. I appreciate all the help.

Which version of the mofi4500 are you using? SIM4 or SIM7?

I'll bet your modem is using QMI. I've NEVER been able to get it working using QMI.

Go to the AT command terminal and enter the command: ... and tell us what it returns.

I have the SIM7! I'll work on this tomorrow and let you know.

How do I get to the AT command terminal? I am unfamiliar with the language and setup of the Mofi...sorry.

Honestly I am not familiar with it either. They don't make it super obvious. I believe you can find that info on this forum though. Or shoot MOFI an email for instructions.

Mofi 4500 antenna paddle snapped off when unit hit the floor-
Is there a way to replace the paddle since the female connector broke off inside the paddle? Any ideas?
