WE826 + Sierra EM7455 loosing connection

My rooter always loose internet connection every 3 or 4 hours, LTE signal is up but I have to restart the wwan interface. I made tons of different setups: OpenWRT and Rooter in QMI and MBIM mode also with ModemManager. I tested also voltages and I see that are always over 3500 mV.
Now I really don't know what do... Anybody here has a script to reboot wwan interface if ping fails?
