Quectel EM160R - Specifications

Hello
I have a question about the EM160R.
This modem is using a Snapdragon X24 modem.
Why is it limited to 1Gbps DL (5x20MHz 256QAM) and 150Mbps UL (2x20MHz 64QAM), although X24 is capable of:
- 2Gbps DL (7x20MHz 256QAM)
- 316Mbps UL (3x20MHz 256QAM)
Are there other components (radio front-end?) on the module that limit these capabilities?
