Wireless Joint

Hi, I am using the WE826-T2 version but would like to use my own router for WiFi. I know there's a modem only mode on the WE826-T2 but how do I join the two. Is there a tutorial for this?

I remember reading something about it ages ago but can't remember how. I want to use my Netgear as it has better WiFi.
