It seems that there is something wrong with the communication between the SIM and the module. Therefore, please install the USB driver of the module at first.

I am trying to get my modem to work with Visible Wireless. My sim is activated and was recently working in a MoFi 4500 router. I wanted faster speed so I was told to build my own setup. I got a NEXR5GO with your EM12G modem. I''ve tried all the AT commands I can but I still get no LTE. Can you guys help me with this?
