Voltage range

What is the voltage range of the NEXR5GO? I am planning on using it in my vehicle with intentions of permanently installing it in near future? I know for most devices, +/- 10% in volts is acceptable with many others having a larger range than that. Normal voltage provide by automobile systems is 13.8VDC to 14.4VDC while running and battery voltage (roughly 11.5VDC to 12.5VDC) went not running..
