Wireless Joint

I Just purchased a new wg3526 and Sierra em7565.
I have went through the tutorials flashed wifi to router
And tried 2 different phone Sims. Sprint and Verizon and neither will connect to provider. I AM New to this so I need some advice. Is it possible to get sim from working phone to work or do I need to purchase another sim and if so what do you recommend.

Can you Share screenshots of your signal strength

You need to know what APN the phone is using to connect to the data network. With the EM7565 make sure you are using the generic firmware image. AT!impref=? to see what it is set to. AT!image=? to see the available ones. AT!impref=<slotNumber> to set it to the slot of the one you want to use.
