WG3526-P/EM7565 Slow with Page Plus

Just got new router and modem and got great speeds with ATT but was less then 1mbs with a new Page Plus account. Some test show 0mbs. Was getting about 4mbs in phone yesterday.
Updated firmware to GoldenOrb_2020-05-16
Set APN to tracfone.vzwentp and TTL to 117
Any ideas to increase speed?
