Calyx data usage

Is Calyx really unlimited?
I signed up for it at the begining of the month and have been using it for about 3 weeks now. I have a franklin T9. I am using their hotspot and a wireless bridge to connect to the rest of my network. I fortunately have other options which are still working but its frustrating - i was expecting this to be unlimited.
I have used just shy of 100Gs on it and now it is acting like i used up all of the data on the account. It has 4 bars of signal but just wont connect.
If i change the APN to somthing else reboot it - it still wont connect but if i then change it back to r.ispsn and reboot it again it will connect. I get very slow speeds like 200k/s for about 5 mins then it disconnects all together again.
I have hard reset it and it made no difference - i even took it 30 miles away to see if it was a tower issue but it acts the same.
Its been like this since Monday.
Their support is lackluster at best so just trying to see what others experience really is or if anyone has ideas on how to kick this thing in the pants to make it work.
Thanks
