No internet

So before I was stuck in 3g for a while. Then about a week went by and lte started working. But after a day of lte working the modem just says connecting
I've tried everything from at! Commands to full on resets and "4g only" mode

The PS State: Not attached
and
RRC state: RRC Idle
... usually means your connected to the tower but your service is not active. AKA your SIM is being denied service.
