Running a Mofi4500. Can anyone tell me what is happening in this speed test? Why am I seeing the huge spikes and valleys?

They MoFi has poor WiFi performance, so don't rely on it for speed testing. Use a LAN connection, LTE signals will vary along with congestion resulting in speed test differences.
