My ATT iPad plan is down, but I can still login. Can it be saved?

Hello there,
I’ve been on the infamous (now discontinued) $35 ATT iPad plan for several months now as my home internet. I’ve been trying not to strain it too much, but I was trying to upload several gigs to an online backup site overnight when my internet cut out. I have two compatible routers, and both of them say that the mobile broadband is disconnected. I got on my phone’s internet and logged in to the landing page. I am still able to log in and see this month’s usage, which is less than 50 GB. I’m wondering if the spike in upload may have gotten my service shut off.
So... Does this look like it’ll come back on, either with time or if I find an iPad to place the SIM in, or does it look like the line is permanently gone? I got this line from a reseller that originally registered without verifying the email address. I was able to create the email address on the email account, but if att sent me anything I missed it.
Thanks all.
