Device not communicating with Ethernet cable

I am so sorry to have to bug you. Frankly, setting up my Cradlepoint device is like a foreign language to me. Is there a way to phone in for support? I believe it's connected to Verizon tower, but it's not communicating with Ethernet cable. No clue what to look for next. Thanks!!
