LTE Stick / Query

Hi! I'm currently using the following LTE-stick with T-Mobile Unlimited https://www.amazon.com/ZTE-MF833V-Custo ... B07XXBQPZL

I plan on traveling and working remotely.
  1. Do I need to be mindful of the data not being masked, as with something like easytether offers?
  2. Is there any reason I might need an antenna for this to work with a laptop?
  3. Can anybody offer any additional advice or considerations I should be mindful of?
This whole world is new to me, and it seems like subtly different than much of the content/topics already listed here, though I'm happy to be wrong

Thanks!

As a traveller, you'll honestly need to just test it out. Its simply a usb modem. The reception will be only as good as you can get based on your location. If you need something more powerful, you will likely need to go with a full on hotspot, or a customized build.

Masking the data as cellular data is up to the device, but its not likely on a usb modem, you can though change the ip information on your computer. Look up Windows/MAC/Linux "change TTL"

Antennas will be necessary if you cant seem to get good signal where you are, its always good to have the option.

Using connections while on the go is alwas tough, and depends on your own unique situation. Though you may be better off with a full on hotspot if you want something with out of box usage.
