To work with the CBA850 POE, The CBA will be connected to an external antenna and mounted outsides. That might cause the cat cable to travel a long way...

Is that something I should be concerned about as far as losing quality?

I don't think it's a good choice for POE to a router/modem that has a high current draw. It's not outdoor rated and the wires are very thin at 30 AWG.

This is what I used, outdoor rated and 23 AWG solid copper conductor.
