CBA850 Reduced Pass-through Speed

I’m a small business owner and a novice at all this but I setup a Cradlepoint CBA850 w/MC400LP6 modem as an inline failover service. My main service is Spectrum cable. The cable modem is setup in bridge mode and goes to a WAN port on my Netgear router. A Windows server handles DHCP.
The CBA850 is in pass-through mode and the setup seems to function properly. The issue is that it has dramatically reduced my main cable internet service speed. Without the CBA850 connected my speed averages about 920Mbps down/40Mbps up. With the CBA850 connected I’m getting 240 down/40 up. Any idea what would cause this?

It sounds like your multi wan is load sharing. Purely guessing. What speedtest are you using?

Thanks. I use: www.spectrum.com/internet/speed-test. In looking at my CBA850 network stats for LAN 1 (connected cable internet service) I am seeing 1.11 GB in, 201 MB out. Is there a setting on the CBA850 I should change or check for?

I think that is bandwidth stats, I meant on the device/router that the cba is feeding to.
Unfortunately Im not familiar with the cradlepoints myself

I run the speedtest from my desktop PC which is plugged into one of the router LAN ports. When I bypass the CBA850 (cable modem > router > PC) I get 920 dn/40 up. When I add the CBA850 as an inline failover (cable modem > CBA850 > router > PC) I get 240 dn/40up.

Try running it as a side by side failover dual wan in your Netgear if you can.
