I have a we826 with MC7455 modem on AT&T.
The wired devices never have a problem connecting to the internet but the wireless ones dloose connection after a while. They are connected to the modem/router but can't see the internet while the wired ones can. Once I reboot the router all is fine again.
Looking for suggestions to fix the problem.
Hostname WiFIX
Model ZBT-WE826
Firmware Version GoldenOrb_2017-12-15 ( LEDE 17.01.4 r3560-79f57e422d ) / LuCI branch (git-17.290.79498-d3f0685)
Kernel Version 4.4.92

Do all wireless devices have this issue, when it happens? Or is it isolated?
Can you ping the router from a wireless device when that wireless device cannot access the internet anymore?

I think it is all wireless devices. More then one for sure.

I would start by trying to narrow down where the problem is exactly.
When the issue happens try the following:
1. from a wireless device, try to ping the router.
2. If that works, something is up with traffic getting out to the internet. Try and ping the Google DNS servers and see if they respond (8.8.8.8 for example).
3. If step 1 didn't work, then try and turn off wifi and turn it back on, on the device having issues to see if that resolves the issue.
4. If step 3 doesn't work, login to your router and try to ping your wireless devices from the command line of the router.
Let me know what happens, and sorry if I'm making any technical assumptions about your skills to accomplish this. Let me know if anything is not clear, or you need further detailed instructions.

OK the wireless devices lost assess today at ~8Am. I still have internet access with wired devices.
I pinged the router and I get replies. I pinged 8.8.8.8 and get replies.
Why can I access the internet with wired devices but not wifi devices? Why can I ping 8.8.8.8 but the wifi devices say no internet access?
Thanks
Greg

I will try using a static IP and see if that helps.

help me understand what happened.
When the problem occurred, all the wired devices were just fine, and could ping everything and get to the internet correct?
The wifi devices could not access the internet anymore, but they could still ping the Google DNS server of 8.8.8.8? Is that correct?
