Can not connect to internet WE826 & MC7455

I tried to follow directions and trouble shooting.
Trouble shooting: Everything seems OK until I check AT!gstatus? Then I got this response: I am using AT&T plan & SIM card

Is your APN set in MODEM > CONNECTION PROFILE(or INFO) > APN > broadband

Assuming you are using an AT&T plan that uses the broadband APN (as opposed to a third party carrier using the AT&T network), lets start by making sure the modem is programmed correctly.

To perform the steps below, DISABLE Connection Monitoring.

First, lets reset the modem to OEM status. Run the follow AT Commands, waiting for a response from one command before entering the next (note that the second command takes a short period to execute, and will respond its completion by needing to reboot modem):

After the at!reset command is entered, the modem will reboot. After it resets and comes back on line, run the following commands (again, one at a time):

Also, I assume you checked to assure the the internal pigtail UFL connectors for the LTE antennas are properly connected to the MAIN and AUX antenna ports on the MC7455?

Followed instructions.
I still get Modem Present/Not Connected
I click on connect and nothing happens.
When I go to Status\Overall both WAN not connected no external IP
I checked pigtails but will look again

It also helps when you post the return to use the "Full Editor & Preview" button, and highlight your code and hit the </> button.

This will put it the code in the proper format and save me or one of the admin from having to edit your post to do it.

Now you are showing the LTE bands, and signals.

Is it showing the SIM card and number on your MODEM > NETWORK STATUS?

Dumb question, but is your account for your service still valid, paid up? It looks like you're getting signal, but not connecting possibly due to an invalid sim? Also, I've seen 4G connections on AT&T get kicked down to 3.5G (HPSA+, WCDMA connections) when you are throttled/rate limited.

On Modem\Network is states No Modem Present
On Modem\Miscellaneous it states Modem Present/Not Connected

I tries re-bind usb 1 and then connect Modem bit it never connects.

Help please

Can you provide more details on your hardware configuration?

Are you using an external USB enclosure for your modem? If so, did you get an upgraded USB cable? The ones that come with the generic ones don't work very well.

I tried a new sim card and changed my device info on T&T. Now not sure the modem is reading the new card.

Retried the original sim card and it is now working. Thanks for all your help and sorry I made it so confusing by trying a different sim.

Use the AT commands I provided earlier to see if the SIM card is being read properly.

They are also in the Troubleshooting Guide.

I was going to ask if this had ever worked in the past or not, before you ran into issues?
