Telit Connection Manager

Got my Telit LM960 and playing with it in a USB3-mPCIe enclosure. Installed their module drivers and windows 10 starts using it as an internet connection. They also have a TCM ( Telit Connection Manager ) program that looks like it would show info on signal strength and hopefully allow me to see or lock bands . Is anyone familiar with this program?

It isn't usable for me , it doesn't seem to recognize the module . Most of the buttons and displays are greyed out, just says ' COM Port "Telit Mobile" not present ' and says no service. Windows 10 is using the adapter on Tmobile though. Contacted support to see if TCM is compatible with the LM960. Couldn't find anything with web search , will post Telit's tech support response here.

You may want to contact TechShip, they are really good at tech support on a bunch of different modems.
If they ask, just tell them that you got a sample, and interested in buying more LM960's if they can help you get the TCM working. Contact > https://techship.com/contact/

Telit got back with me pretty fast. I told them I was using the modem plugged into my windows 10 laptop and asked if the TCM program was compatible with the LM960. Here's their response incase anyone finds this thread in a search;
The TCM program does not support the higher data rate cards like the LM940 or LM960.
Windows 10 for using the data connection with the drivers you installed is your best option.

If you want to send commands to the module you could use the Telit AT controller which can be found on Telit's Downloadzone link below or via your distributor.
With the drivers installed a regular terminal program could be used as well by selecting the modem port which will be displayed under your device manager in windows 10.

Was good info for me, really pleased they took the time to steer me as an end-user in the right direction
