Wireless Joint

I just activated a simple mobile line and tried it in my WE826 with MC7455, latest generic firmware. I changed the APN to simple and the TTL to 65, the modem and sim card are recognized but it doesnt connect to data. However my ATT line works fine in this modem with correct "broadband" APN.

When I move the simple mobile sim into a phone it works, and it also works in my Mofi Sim 4. I'm not sure what to think of all this, but I'd like to use the sim in the we826, anyone have any idea what's going on here?

I wondered if QMI or MBIM mode makes a difference here, I think the Mofi runs in QMI mode and not sure what a fresh install of Wifix uses, I dont know the difference between these modes, or if they are factors. Maybe someone with more knowledge can chime in if this tree is worth barking up.
