WeE826 T-2 with EM7565 just stopped working, never had a single issue...
Im currently running a WE826 T-2 with EM7565 purchased from thewirelesshaven.com, Never had any problems after initial setup until this morning, it says my modem is present/not connected. Sim seems to be good? Not sure what went wrong, Ive been running this setup since Nov 2019, I tried to troubleshoot but had no luck. I updated the modem firmware but it did not fix anything still shows modem present but not connected, and and under the log it just say Attempting to connect.
Update: I tried resetting the modem back to OEM but get a timeout error on the command at!RMARESET=1.

Could be the cellular network down.
If not, run each of the following AT Commands
To make sure it is detecting the SIM Card properly:
To assure it is ready the SIM Card numbers:
To check the network stats:

This appears to be either Network or plan related.
What plan are you using?

Users of the plan are being randomly shut down where the device IMEI does not match that of the plan.scottfree wrote: Mon May 25, 2020 6:14 pm Well that's a sign of relief I guess lol, I am using a AT&t Tablet plan
Not sure how these users are being selected, but some seem to believe it corresponds to exceeding a data limit threshold that kicks up a red flag.
Re: WeE826 T-2 with EM7565 just stopped working, never had a single issue...
Thats what I was afraid of, we use about 7-800gb a month, and I heard they were getting rid of this plan a couple months ago but thought they would at least contact me, instead of just randomly stopping my service half way through the cycle, Do you think I should even try to stick with ATT or try to use Sprint or Verizon, Sprint has better service in my area but I think I remember reading about problems with Sprint and the equipment I have. Verizon service is very congested and spotty. Thanks for all your help!

That I cannot say.
You may try to reactivate the plan with a different device IMEI and limit your data usage to under 500GB, and/or activate a second line and swap the two out every two weeks.
Sprint works well with the EM7565 if you can get Band 41 at your location, since it does not have Band 25

Re: WeE826 T-2 with EM7565 just stopped working, never had a single issue...
Well I ended up trying sprint and yep Att gave me the boot without saying word, but now with sprint the connection is not what I remember, only getting about 7-10mbps down at best, and sometimes only 1-2, Im getting band 41 but my signal strength is only 64%, Im going to get some antenna upgrades, and also try out Tmobile, and Verizon. If that doesn't work Ill try to get back on Att somehow, Can you recommend a good antenna that will work for most carriers. Thanks
