More info:

The reason for the high ping is that I have a static IP with T-Mobile. My phone plan is the Business Go5G Plus plan.

I am currently trying to get a static IP closer to my general area. The IP as it stands right now is many states away. However, this seems to have little to no bearing on the speed tests.
