I’ve been through the setup process. Got the latest openwrt firmware loaded, everything’s hooked up. However when I attempt to connect to the network I run into a variety of issues. Sometimes the RCC won’t connect. It just won’t ever work.
I can take this same SIM card out, put it in my Microsoft surface tablet or my Turbo Hotspot and it works perfectly fine.
Any ideas on what’s happening? I’m using the 20$ ATT tablet plan, and have tried everything I can think of or find. Should I just order a different modem? Seems like not a lot of people use the 7700
WE826-T2 with Sierra 7700 modem, unable to get ATT working. Please help!

You may need to load ATT firmware on the modem. Might try Generic or ATT.
You're certain you have the bands available on your tower that the 7700 supports? (2, 4, 17)
