I've had good success for the last year with an EM12G on a Verizon post paid plan. Can a modem just "ninja brick" where it reports correct parameters, but is never going to work?
I hope I'm missing something obvious. I try to be through and scientific, but I'm far from a subject expert.
Recently the modem lost connection and I have not been able to get it back online.
Put the SIM back in my cell phone and it links up just fine. Do a WiFi hotspot with the phone and the router works (bandwidth is reduced significantly because of signal strength).
I have been troubleshooting for a few weeks now and I'm honestly stumped. Here is the list of my current parameters.
Today I reset the modem to factory which i have read is to be used as a last resort. I entered all the following commands through a NGFF (M.2) to USB adapter with SIM slot in my PC using putty and the AT com port. Then confirmed the parameter once the modem went back into the router's M.2 slot using the GoldenOrb AT command terminal.
Cleared the memory:

I did a factory reset the 1608, and tried different firmware releases: ZBT-WG1608-GO2021-10-05, ZBT-WG1608-GO2021-08-15 as it is the current full release version.
Could I have missed a setting in the Router?
on the interface tab, i get
Code: Select all

TX: 0 B (0 Pkts.)
Error: Unknown error (NO_REGISTRATION)
