EM7565 Dropping Band 2

My modem has been having some issues lately. The best configuration is Band 12 with band 2 as an aggregate. Somedays, although rare, it would configure the opposite. Lately, band 2 has been dropping altogether and my EMM status shows deregistered and attach needed. The fix is to reset the modem. What could be causing this? I am using the latest T-Mobile software, 1.14.2.0 with MIMO configured.
