Need help RUT950 w/ pageplus

Hello, I am new to this forum and have limited knowledge (mostly obtained from reading other posts here). I need help getting my Teltonika RUT950 router to use LTE data and make a connection. I have put in a page plus 55 unlimited SIM which I activated on an iphone 6. I set the APN to "tracfone.vzwentp" and tried changing the TTL under the router's GRE tunnel settings to 117 and 63/64/65/66. Am I missing something? If I cant solve the issue soon I'll have to return it.

Router status is as follows: Data connection - Disconnected, Signal strength -77Dbm, Sim 1 state ready, Operator state Searching, Connection type 4G (LTE), Connected band LTE BAND 13

PagePlus prob needs to change imei to work. Maybe someone else can chime in, with experience. Why not try Visible?

NOTE: We do not speak of the mysteries, or commands, of US FCC illegal imei changes here on this forum though.
