NEXQ6GO-M No Modem Present

NEXQ6GO-M Cellular WiFi Router
Quectel EC25-AF CAT4 MINI PCI-E Modem

Just received my order from LTE_fix, a router and a modem, excited to save money compared to MOFI
Shows no modem present, after reboot, clearing all the settings, reseating the modem and rebooting again. Still no sign of the Modem

Please Help

Under the menu Modem-->Debug Information, in the lower portion, do you see the modem there at all. Quectel EC25 might show up there. If so it's being seen but it may not be in the right mode. This can happen sometimes. It's annoying, but it happens. It's fixable

I don't see a scroll up and down bar on the right side. I'm guessing I'm seeing that properly and there is no more screen to be seen below that spot? Usually, that Device Info screen is really long.

Correct, That was it. I captured all the content that was visible under that tab. What are the next steps ?

Hard to tell really. It could be the modem, it could be the router.

Send it back to have it evaluated. I wouldn't do anything but remove the power adapter and antennas from the router case and send it as is so that they can check it as it is in your hands.


Don't send your SIM card, it might get lost that way. Don't risk that.
