NEXQ6GO-U Router won't allow security camera over internet

Hi,

I just bought a NEXQ6GO-U router with a EP06 modem and have it running on an AT&T sim card. I'm able to connect to LTE service and the internet works, and devices connect to the router via WiFI and cable without issue. The problem I'm having is that I have a Swann security camera system connected to the router, but I can't remotely access the camera system. For devices connected to the NEXQ6GO-U router, they seem to be able to see the camera system, but as soon as I disconnect from the router and try to access over the internet, I can't see them. Any ideas?

Note that I had used this camera system with my old ISP/router combo and was able to access it remotely without issues, so I know it's not a setting on the camera system.
