I am running a MOFI 4500 SIM4 with Tmobile post-paid. Its working great but my playstation is running as hotspot data. Its really only an issue when I am performing any sort of download because the plan does have some hotspot data and will get throttled after going over the limit.
I've tried several TTL settings with no luck. Any suggestions would be great.

Set TTL to 65 and turn off IVP6, that's what did it for me with that same setup
