Re: T-Mobile Home Internet has hidden MHF4 connectors for external antennas?
Thanks for the tip, but I already had a couple of the The Wireless Haven 1700-2700MHz WiFi 4G LTE 15dBi Directional MIMO Antennas and wanted the maximum gain possible for the 600MHz band n71. With my location from the tower, I need all the gain I can achieve. I have a 30-foot antenna mast using 20ft ...

Re: T-Mobile Home Internet has hidden MHF4 connectors for external antennas?
I purchased an 11 dBi Yagi Antenna for TV White Space (470-862 MHz). I'm still testing the configuration, but it made a significant difference in the dB gain. Had to send the first one back because of the poor packaging, but it's a high-quality antenna. I'll post my results in a couple of weeks ...

T-Mobile Home Internet has hidden MHF4 connectors for external antennas?
I've been using a WE826-T2 with Nomad's Wholesale Pink plan (T-Mobile). With external antennas, I have a decent D/L of 20Mbps and u/L of 5Mbps. I received my T-Mobile Home Internet yesterday and without external antennas, I have one signal bar at my location. with a D/L speed of 2-4Mbps and a u/L of ...

Quectel EM20-G CA question
I'm using an EP06-A modem in a WE826 router with external antennas on the T-Mobile network. I have one tower in my location and currently connecting on Band 4 and Band 12 using CA. Would upgrading to the Quectel EM20-G and adding two more external antennas improve my bandwidth?

Strange IPV4 IP address
I just recently built a WE826-T2 using GoldenOrb 2020-03-01 with a Quectel EP06-A modem. When I checked the network interfaces the WAN1 IPV4 IP address it shows 6.36.182.109/30 . Doing a search on the IP location it revealed Fort Huachuca Headquarters USAISC (United States Army Intelligence and ...

Re: Speed Test Question - Mofi4500
They MoFi has poor WiFi performance, so don't rely on it for speed testing. Use a LAN connection, LTE signals will vary along with congestion resulting in speed test differences.

GoldenOrb Signal/Cell Information Refresh Rate
When setting up and external antenna the I find the 10-second signal refresh rate way to slow for alignment.
Is there a way to change the Signal Information Refresh Rate to something faster than 10 seconds, say 3 seconds?

Re: Flash Mofi4500 firmware on WE826 with MC7455
I know this is an old topic, but I think I know what internal ID they are using. I have three MoFi's, one being a MOFI4500 4GXELTE V1 and two MOFI4500 4GXELTE V2's. The V1 version is about four years old and the V2's are a couple of years apart. I discovered the first three MAC hex numbers (78:A3:51 ...
