Re: WE826-T2 WAN Interface showing up when no link
For the record, i'm referring to a recently flashed/reset 826 with no load balance configuration setup. So last night, I did a router reset from the firmware/backup screen resetting all configurations back to original. Configured the Modem, got it online. Plugged in the WAN connection let it ...

Re: WE826-T2 WAN Interface showing up when no link
Thanks Jim.... one issue I see that makes no sense to me, connection monitoring or not, is that the WAN interface continues to show connected even after I pull the cable from the port. Shouldn't the 826 realize the link loss and down the interface accordingly?

Re: WE826-T2 WAN Interface showing up when no link
Jim, thank you.... I have posted on that forum as well. Going a different route, can you tell me which routers you have been successful in configuring the load balance/failover on? I'm not married to the 826-T2...

Re: WE826-T2 WAN Interface showing up when no link
Update: After further testing, the WWAN is showing the same symptoms. In previousd test, the home WiFi was turned off and that that point, the WWAN interface realized it had no more connection. In the most recent test, the Home Wifi was left enable, but the uplink to the Home router was unplugged ...

WE826-T2 WAN Interface showing up when no link
i'm working on configuring load balancing and i've noticed that using ethernet to my home Wifi Router (DSL), the WAN interface will not realize that it has lost its link and initiate the failover. In the Network, Interface menu, the WAN interface will show connected and continue to increase the time ...

Re: WE826-T2 and EM7455, not connecting
The modem had the generic FW on it initially, would this make it go back to the Verizon FW? I issued this as part of the troubleshooting guide (https://wirelessjoint.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=14).

WE826-T2 and EM7455, not connecting
I'm terribly new so please forgive any mistakes and information left out. I have a WE826-T2 and an EM7455 modem. I'm using a sim card from my company laptop for testing and I was able to get it to come up and connect. It was terribly slow, so I tried to switch it to MBIM mode usning the following ...
