ok, should I replace the WE826, or the MC7455? Or Both? Only had for 9 months...

that did not work. when I plug power in the red led and a blue led light up immediately (symbol under blue looks like a circle and an ellipse. then about 15 seconds later I get another blue light (looks like the usb symbol). That is it, they just turn on, they do not flash, no other leds come on ...

It's in a location where we have brown outs. but I have tried to mitigate that with surge protectors and UPS....
