"Does no modem present" refer to communication between the router and the card?

I tried re-flashing firmware and Configuring the MC7455. Same issue, but here is connection log and debug info from after ding this.

Modem Disconnecting
Hi All,
My connection keeps dropping out. Below is a copy paste of my log. Does this mean that the modem is disconnecting from the router, or that modem is disconnecting from the network?

Thank you for the input! The antenna makes a big difference on the Netgear +AT&T signal strength and it does cover sprint frequencies, so I’m thinking the issue is that ZTE hotspot. I read some more reviews on it and it seems to be problematic and slow for a lot of people....
