Hello,
I'm trying to figure out the best way to approach Band 71. I currently use an unlocked AC797s router and it's been having mixed speeds. Sometimes 50 megs, sometimes 10. I know that Band 71 goes 100+ megs 99% of the time in my area. So I'm looking for an upgrade.
All I've found are Third ...

Re: Changing TTL on MF279, MR1100 or MF288
If those MF/MR routers are OpenWRT, then you could probably change the TTL, but if they are closed systems (which they most likely are) then the only solution is to patch it to a router with TTL capability. If you don't want to lug around a big router for this purpose, then check out GLI's MT300N ...

Changing TTL on MF279, MR1100 or MF288

Currently the only way to use LTE routers (like the ones on the subject) are with an external router that's connected through LAN and changes the TTL.

WE1326 + Cat12 Modem Firmware?
Hello. I'm trying to get an EM7511 or something similar.
Apparently the manufacturer (ZBT) firmware only works up to Cat 6. But I want to make a router that's both affordable and in a similar Category to an MR110; ergo my need for a Cat 12 module.
I'm looking for someone who can develop such ...

Re: Installing Custom FIrmware on MF279 LTE router
Considering this page has more experience. I was wondering if there's devs that can create the firmware too, and make it user friendly. Obviously I don't expect it to be free.
If anyone is interested, let me know.

Re: Installing Custom FIrmware on MF279 LTE router
The person I hired through Fiverr apparently made the firmware using Merlin (if my memory serves me well) because it was a better firmware for it. The problem was installing it because there is no way to install it on the router since AT&T apparently locked it.

Installing Custom FIrmware on MF279 LTE router
Hello.
I have an MF279 router that currently connects through AT&T. It's an unlocked router so I'm interested in using it with T-Mobile too. Sadly, the plan caps the speed to 3G since it detects the usage as a non-mobile device. I can bypass this changing the TTL with an external router, simple ...
